Booking Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not accept any booking unless you understand and agree with the following terms and conditions.

 

 

Prices:

All prices are subject to availability, and can be withdrawn or varied without notice until a booking has been made. Once a booking has been made at a quoted price, but until full payment is made; the price is necessarily subject to variations caused by such matters as exchange rate fluctuations, affecting taxes and surcharges on airfares; and supplier price variations which affect the final price of the booking. Such latter variations will, in most cases, be advised with sufficient notice as to enable final payment to be made at the original quoted price.

 

 

Travel Documents:

Travel documents include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement with a service provider. Travel documents may be subject to certain conditions and/or restrictions including (without limitation) being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation and/or amendment fees. All travel documents are non transferable. All airline tickets must be issued in the precise name of the passport/photo identity holder; you should be aware that some carriers will deny carriage if the name varies in any form, and the booking may be cancelled. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that we have the correct details as regards identification.

 

 

Schedule Changes:

It is your responsibility to contact the transport provider prior to travel to ensure that the scheduled departure time for the service about which you are enquiring has not changed.

 

 

Travel Insurance:
Although travel insurance is not mandatory, we would highly recommend arranging his or her insurance before departure date with a reputable insurer, with protection for the full duration of the tour, to cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, loss of luggage and the expenses associated with cancellation or curtailment of a tour. If a client becomes ill, all hospital expenses, doctor’s fees and repatriation costs are the client’s responsibilities and the company shall not be liable for any refund of the tour cost.

 

 

Passports & Visas:

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures 
incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of entry. If you need information regarding visa and other travel document requirements for your trip please let us know. We can obtain such information from an external visa advisory service provider on your behalf. We do not warrant the accuracy of such information and accept no liability for any loss or damage, which you may suffer in reliance on it. We can obtain visas for you if you wish and fees may apply for this service.

 

 

Health:

There is no personal insurance of any kind included in the tour price, so Travel insurance should be obtained from your place of residence in advance of your trip. Travel agents in Egypt will not hold any liability for illness, injury or death sustained during your trip.

 

 

Terms&condition :

 It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation.

 

 

Taxes:

Certain taxes are mandatory in various countries. There may also be an additional local tax charged at some airports. All taxes are subject to change without notice.

 

Reservation, deposit and payment:

A Deposit of minimum of  50%  whichever is consider as highest on the tour price per person will be required 60 days before departure date; the deposit will form part of your final payment. Please note that the deposit payment does not guarantee the confirmation of the tour. Balance payment must be made 30 days before the departure date. This payment terms may not apply to all tours and will be advised accordingly.

 

 

Cancellation Fees:    Tour programs booked and subsequently cancelled are subjected to a cancellation charge as follows.

·   Within 45 days 10% of the rate

·    Within 30 days 15% of the rate

·   Within 15 days 30% of the rate

·    Less than 10 days 50% of the rate

·   After arrival in Egypt 100%

 

 

Extension of stay:

 Any extension of stay are to be made before the start of the tour and changes during the tours will be subject to the availability and all charges incurred will be borne by you.

 

 

Liability :

Clients’ bookings are accepted on the understanding that they appreciate the possible inherent in any cultural, trek, safari, adventure tours and travels provided by the company at their own volition. The company acts as the agent for the client(s) in regard to travel whether by rail services, motor-coach, boat, airplane or by any other means of transport and assume no liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the client(s) including those occurring outside touring programs. The company accepts no responsibilities for losses or additional expenses due to accident, delay, sickness, weather, strike or other causes beyond the company’s control.vent which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

 

 

Special requests : 

 All the special requirements that the client may need during the tour must be advised in writing to the company when the client make a booking. The company will attempt to provide the client’s special requirements, however, these cannot always be provided.
